Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail box accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
